Flexible Molding
Gaskets, seals, diaphragms and flexible tubes are just some of the applications of ARRK's flexible molding service. The moldings, produced from silicone tools created from Stereolithographic masters, are available in varying degrees of stiffness or shoreA hardness and can be colored in line with customer specification. The molding technique can be successfully applied to moldings large and small, with resulting wall thicknesses as low as 1mm. Clear in 60, 70, 85 shoreA also available.
