Note: Please always remember to compress any files before attaching them - WINZIP, PKZIP and UNIX compressed files are preferred.

FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Transferring data using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is both fast and secure. Customers can only upload files to the FTP site and cannot view other folders or customer files.

• FTP address: ftp.arrk.com
• Username: arrk4
• Password: hello

For those customers who do not know how to use or access FTP but who have internet access, the following can be used to transfer (upload) files to ARRK through Internet Explorer:

• Connect to the Internet and open the Internet Explorer web browser
• Delete all text from the browser's Address bar (where you would normally type in http://www.etc) and type: ftp://arrk4:hello@ftp.arrk.com or click here to upload your files now. You can also use our simplified upload interface.
• You will now establish a connection with ARRK's FTP server. To transfer files to ARRK, simply drag files from your local file system and drop them into the browser window. A dialogue box will pop up to inform you of the data transfer progress. Note that the data will not be visible to anyone else for confidentiality reasons.
