ARRK's StereoLithography (SL) capacity comprises a fleet of 19 StereoLithography machines (4 x SLA 250, 3 x SLA 500, 4 x SLA 7000), providing you with a fast turnaround and reliability. SL prototypes are delivered in typically 2-5 days from the supply of customers' design data. A wide range of SL resins are available, ranging from Premium rigid, ABS simulant, PP simulant and High Clarity to name but a few. Our in house finishing team are also able to offer customers a range of surface finishes, along with a paint and texturing service.

Some of the resins available:

Polypropylene Simulant Resin - flexible parts with a high impact strength. This resin ideal for snap-fit parts or where impact strength is all important.

ABS Simulant Resin - This resin also offer high clarity parts

Near Water Clear Resin - Durable, strong, water resistant and semi transparent material. Suitable for quickcast prototypes for producing metal castings.
