We offer one of the largest selections of polyurethanes and parts can be produced in one single material or multiple materials using co-molding or over-molding. Flexibility in casting materials include color, with or without texture, high impact strength, tear resistance, and high heat deflection.
This casting material is ABS-like and is best suited for large thick-sized parts. It has low viscosity and parts produced with this material have mechanical properties which are close to that of thermoplastics. AT-1 is natural material and can be painted. AT-3 is pigmentable so parts can be produced in any color, with or without texture.
This casting material is also ABS-like and has the highest heat deflection among the three thermoset (AT series) polymers. It also has low viscosity, good impact and flexural resistance. It is available only in black, with or without texture.
AT-1/AT-3 (Temperature Resistant)
This casting material is ABS-like and is best suited for producing small to mid-sized parts with high heat deflection. It also has good impact and flexible resistance. AT-1 is natural material and can be painted. AT-3 is pigmentable and parts can be produced in any color, with or without texture.
This casting material is like acrylic and is used to build small or large parts. It provides easy processing, has high transparency (water clear), easy to polish, is UV stable, has high impact strength and is also mercury free. CU-1 can be water clear or any solid color, with or without texture.
This casting material is a tough, impact resistant polyuria formulated for vacuum casting and short mold cycle times. It simulates high impact thermoplastic olefins (TPO) and can be easily colored using a wide range of pigments.
This casting material is a clear silicone rubber designed for its hardness, clarity and tear resistance. It can be cast in acrylic tools and can also be used to make silicone molds for casting urethanes and epoxies. SR-1 can be cast in natural material or any solid color.
This casting material is a urethane rubber which is ideal for producing parts such as hoses, bumpers or strain relief components. It simulates gum rubber, vinyl, butyl, buna-n or santoprene. A wide range of durometers can also be achieved with UR-1. It is available in natural color or any solid color, with or without texture.
This casting material is a high impact urethane which is used for producing parts with very high izod impact strength with the added benefit of excellent fire retardant characteristics. It has very low viscosity which allows it to fill thin, complicated mold sections quite rapidly, producing void-free parts routinely. It also has very high tensile and flexural strength, so it has outstanding built-in toughness.
