This CNC material is a low cost engineering plastic that is easy to machine and fabricate. It is best known for its impact strength, rigidity and overall toughness. ABS has good weldability and can be electroplated. It is also resistant to very high impact loading.
This CNC material has outstanding impact strength, superior dimensional stability, high temperature resistance and high clarity. PC has good weldability and can be electroplated. It is also resistant to very high impact loading.
This CNC material offers chemical and hydrolysis resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperatures. PEEK also offers good wear resistance and can be used in hot water or stream without permanent loss in physical properties. For hostile environments, it is a high strength alternative to fluoropolymers.
This CNC material is tough and flexible. PP has good fatigue and heat resistance and is broadly used in labeling and packaging, textiles and stationary parts.
