By providing you with injection molded components typically within 8 to 14 calendar days, our service is designed to put you in pole position to deliver your concept to the market. Single point of contact US based Project Management. Our RT service has been designed to take the strain and stresses out of sourcing tooling and molding solutions from abroad. When you work with ARRK you'll deal with your local dedicated ARRK contact and we'll do the rest! How it all works

Native

It is imperative that you send us native CAD data.

Draft / Under-cut Check

Native CAD models are then verified and checked for undercuts and draft. If required, draft is added.

Mold Flow Analysis

Mold flow analysis for each component is then carried out by the ARRK tool designer. You may specify gate positions to replicate what you intend on production tooling. If you decide you would like this we will then require full details.

Inspection

All machined components are checked against 3D data at all stages of the process. Using our carefully selected delivery partners we will deliver your parts right to your door. Alternatively you may wish to nominate your own courier.
