Year
1948
– ARAKI SEISAKUSHO established in Abeno-Ku, Osaka-Shi, as a manufacturer of
wooden products.
1968
– OSAKA DESIGN MODEL CENTER established in Higashi-sumiyoshi-Ku, Osaka-Shi,
for manufacturing industrial models.
1984
– Model Maker Associates established in New York, U.S.A.
1988
– Model Maker Associates Europe (ARRK Europe) established in England and Wales,
U.K.
– Design Model Manufacturing Thailand (currently ARRK Corporation (Thailand)
[ARRK Thailand]) established in Bangkok, Thailand.
1989
– Merged 7 companies and formed ARRK CORPORATION.
– Merged overseas subsidiaries and formed:

ARRK Creative Network (currently ARRK Product Development Group U.S.A. [ARRK U.S.A.])

ARRK Europe (currently ARRK Product Development Group Limited [ARRK U.K.])
1996
– Listed on Japan Securities Dealers Association.
– ARRK Corporation (Malaysia) [ARRK Malaysia] established by ARRK Thailand.
1998
– Established business and capital ties with YASUDA SEISAKUSHO.
1999
– Established business and capital ties with SIVAX.
2000
– Established business and capital ties with HIRAI SEIMITSU (currently SOL-PLUS).
– Joint Company ARRK Shangent established by Shangent (Taiwan) and ARRK
CORPORATION.
2001
– Joint Company ARRK Dison established by Dison (Taiwan) and ARRK CORPORATION.
– Purchased all shares of GIFU DIE & MOLD ENGINEERING.
– ARRK U.K. established business and capital ties with LCO (France) and Protomoule
(France) (these companies merged to ARRK LCO Protomoule (France)).
2002
– Joint Company SANKEI (Thailand) (currently SET THAILAND) established by Sankei
Chem-Tech (currently Mold-Tech Japan) and ARRK Thailand.
2004
– ARRK U.K. established business and capital ties with NPL Technologies (U.K).
2005
– ARRK U.K. established business and capital ties with PCL Group (Germany)
(currently P+Z Engineering).
– ARRK U.K. established SERMO S.A.S. in Montaigu, France (currently SHAPERS’
FRANCE).
– Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange 1st section.
2006
– Established business and capital ties with GRAPHIC PRODUCTS (currently C&G
SYSTEMS), which stock listed on JASDAQ market (Tokyo Securities Exchange).
– ARRK U.K. established business and capital ties with SPG Pre-Series Tooling &
Prototyping (Netherlands).
2007
– Established business and capital ties with 3D AUTO PROTECH.
2010
– Listed on JASDAQ market of Osaka Securities Exchange (currently JASDAQ market
(Tokyo Securities Exchange)), as the JASDAQ Securities Exchange and Osaka
Securities Exchange are amalgamated.
2011
– Issued preferred stock by third-party allotment to the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi
UFJ, the Mizuho Bank, and Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation of Japan
[hereinafter referred to as “ETIC”] (currently Regional Economy Vitalization
Corporation of Japan (REVIC)). As a result, ETIC (currently REVIC) became our
parent company.
2012
– As new management system, “Divisional Organization” is launched for developing
business with value chain and for making clear the responsibility and strategy of
each business classified according to Product Development, Mass Product and Tooling.
– Delisted from JASDAQ market of Osaka Securities Exchange. Listed solely on Tokyo
Stock Exchange 1st section.
2013
– Added China to traditional Four Pillars (Japan, North America, ASEAN, Europe),
and expanded business globally with Five Pillars.
– Transferred C&G SYSTEMS’s shares to equity method affiliate.
– Transferred 90% of Gifu Seiki Kogyo’s shares to Toyota Tsusho Corporation and 10%
to Toyota Motor Corporation.

– Excluded C&G SYSTEMS INC. from consolidation.

2014
– Transferred all shares of ARRK Shangent (continue business relations as cooperative
company).
– Transferred all shares of YASUDA SEISAKUSHO and. SOL-PLUS to SY HOLDINGS,
Inc.
– Transferred our shares that were held by REVIC to OPI 11 Corporation,
a subsidiary of ORIX. As a result, OPI 11 Corporation became our parent company.
2015
– Absorbing 3D AUTO PROTECH, which was wholly owned subsidiary.
– Dongguan ARRK established in China.
2016
– New Building was added at Harajuku Factory, Saitama Branch Office. Press machine,
laser processing machine, and sheet metal work are integrated into Harajuku factory.
We develop end to end production system that allows everything from production to
assembling.
